The Powerpuff Girls live in Townsville. These are some of the people who live there.
Professor Utonium
Professor Utonium created the Powerpuff Girls in his lab using sugar, spice, everything nice, and Chemical X.
He's sort of a dad to them, and he tries to help them and protect them.
Miss Keane
Miss Keane is the teacher at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten where the girls go to school. She's nice to the girls, except for when they fight in the classroom (like with the Gangrene Gang).
The Mayor
The Mayor is the mayor of Townsville (duh.). He is the one who usually calls the Powerpuff Girls when there is trouble.
He's not the brightest crayon in the box, so he usually relies on the help of his assisstant.
Miss Sara Bellum
Miss Sara Bellum is the mayor's assisstant. She is the who tells the mayor to call the Powerpuff Girls. She's really smart, and always believes in the Girls.
